La noticia es que sufrió una lesión en un testículo y tuvo que ser operado. El Kastrati juega para el Fortuna Dusseldorf (que no parece tener mucha fortuna en la tercera division alemana) y se "lesionó" durante un amistoso con el Bayern Munich (en el que uno de los goles lo anotó Olivier De ... Cock).
